great app for passive investing
Everything is great except for when the app randomly logs out your account and prompts you to re-enter your password even though you have fingerprint authentication enabled. As someone who uses long and complex passwords that are not easy to remember, this is very annoying. Especially when I want to view my account away from home and do not have access to my paper record of my password.
Rewards I have Android and utilized app since 2019. In the past year utilizing the merchants links to earn additional rewards has been problematic. The Acorns “activated” notification after completing purchase has stopped. Many occasions this year, I have had to contact Support to review to either be declined or told I’m not using links properly. Rude! Although I shop same merchants and I’m sure they see my activity on app/site during time of my purchase. Now considering other options.

No thanks. I’ve invested 91 dollars through round ups and only have 1.49 cent to show for it… that’s not profit that’s what I actually have. Just need to know how to get out of this asap… I’ll keep my little change $ to myself instead of just giving it away, cause that’s all I’ve did just gave it away.
