Not working stuck
I had applied to refinance my home (which I own outright). I have excellent credit, $0 debt, make close to six figures, stable job, work remotely..etc. The process was going well until the underwriter asked me to get a letter from my manager stating that I won’t lose my job while working remotely. How imbecilic! Then they asked me various personal questions regarding my bank statements which was entirely unrelated to my application. The experience was so bad I asked them to cancel
Useless app just like the customer service. Why would anyone creat an app that doesn’t provide the most badic and most crucial service like making a payment?!!
Useless app can’t even use to pay mortgage what’s the point of it

Keeps pushing me back to step 3!

I was denied because i came down from W2 to1099 working there for 7 months.
I was told they need 2 year work on 1099 if you switch from W2 to 1099 job.
Doesn’t matter if you can show them last 5 years of tax return and they
even ran my credit which was excellent.
