Garbage. Will not connect. Tried a dozen times. Total waste of time. Apps need to work seamlessly for the user, or they’re useless. WOW, finally got connected and what a let down. There is NO “spin only” cycle on your list. There are times when you need to spin and drain only. Rinsing again defeats the purpose, is a Huge waste of water and only adds to the need of “spin only”. You must fix this.

Ask for location. Why in the world does my washer need to know where I live? Does want to know social security next?
If I just need to control 1 device I shouldn’t have to connect to my email, social media, provide my email and password and send you a copy of my fingerprints. If I wanted to connect all my devices then I can understand. But just to control my TV like a remote you shouldn’t need a background check, this is ridiculous. It’s exactly the reason I don’t buy Apple products and I’m never buying an LG product again…
Please, for the love of God, allow the app to use our phone’s keyboard. This functionality has existed for a decade now, but LG has decided that the most efficient way of inputting text into a TV is to use a D-pad and type characters in by navigating across the screen. It’s cool that you have a one-in-all app, sure, but now I have to download a whole separate app because you couldn’t think to give me the ability to use my phone’s keyboard as a way to input text… Give phone keyboard for input
Worse to add on your phone takes forever and when u do get it no settings for sound etc disappointed thought the app be easier to use
