Trash app, trash customer service. I run a company that constructs homes from the ground up. Was told to entertain their software, determined it may as well be called “Handyman Pro” as it doesn’t contain anything useful to my business. I contacted the company and they do not honor their guarantee and say now they are going to force me to pay for the entire term since cancelations are not an option. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS WORSE THAN WALMART. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
Aha! This is soooo similar in terms of how the site & app is setup, to what Salesforce taught me about their Lightning version a year or so ago! But this is for builders, designers, & interior decorators, & contractors in construction. Would love to use this to design Tiny home communities in my area, & help the nonprofits get a handle on aiding the homeless /houseless with their very own personalized & customized tiny homes! I am sooo excited to get going on this & begin using it!! Thank you💕
This company is not user friendly to the average user the customers they attract are not responsive to your calls or your business I wanted to sample the program but they did not give me an opportunity to try it out before they pushed us 12 month contract on me that was out of our company budget. Be careful dealing with this company because they are not user friendly. I asked this company to stop sending me emails on any communication but they keep sending me emails I don’t want to deal with
I’m not a business I just wanted to see if I could use this software to design some stuff for me and my sister this app does not give you access to the design only the stupid business parts and is useless if you are not an actual business. Whether you are a business or not you will get about 15 phone calls a day from a number that does not come up as a name and will not leave a voicemail and we’ll just continue calling you over and over and over every 2 to 3 hours until you tell them to go away.
