This mail service is useless. I set up an account which was accepted. I tried to log back in but my password was rejected. I asked for a reset but the link never came. There is nowhere to ask for help. I recommend avoiding Edison Mail entirely.
Good little app. Easy to use and very good clear layout. My only gripe is that in messages it doesn’t always display the image of say a logo or something you have ordered. Hence the four star rating. I can’t find anything in settings to rectify this. But I’m sticking with it and giving it a go to see if things improve.

I’ll leave a better rate once I start getting my emails from Sam’s Club and from state of Michigan+ a couple other places. What I’m not really impressed with is being bombarded with the messages at the top everytime I open to find an email I had 24 hours for an answer to an email from Sam’s Club, I’ve had it sent twice, not getting it They are not blocked or spam or in other Right now I’m trying to hear from a different source, not here yet either

The thing is, I’m planning to make OnMail my business mail, but my brand name is too short to get a mail domain, so I would suggest decreasing the number of characters for the username so I can create an account with the proper name of my brand.
