They sent me some quality clothing and I didn’t have to pay anything on it up front either and I could send back what I didn’t want and keep what I wanted then make payment.
Usually great but for awhile now I can’t scroll right to the next “shop this look” outfit.
The app and website won’t let you delete your account. If you want to delete your account you’ll have to email them AND specify that you want your data deleted as well.
Love this app!! My stylist has been helping me dress n change Mt look with out spending a fortune n going from store to store!! Recommend it to anyone Ll shapes n sizes , all different styles..

Great Customer Support and stylists trying their best are marred by a terrible app and a poorly planned program. Stitch Fix has plenty of name recognition and customers willing to pay. Shame poor leadership is running it into the ground.
I was referred by a friend downloaded the app but it will not open to the home page very disappointed so far.
I would give it 0 if I could. I seen the commercials. Thought I was getting help. This service was terrible. First, they sent me the exact items I asked them not to send me. Second, nothing fit. Third, I chose to return all items. I was given a date to return by. I did that. Woke up the following day to a $200+ charge on my debit card. When I contacted them, I was told I wouldn’t receive my money back until the return went thru. Even though I have the tracking # and returned by the required date
