Been using it over a year and I like that it’s straight-forward tracking with plenty of flexibility, too. Nice graphs and great that it syncs to the cloud.
I’m using the paid version so not OG 5×5 and I like this flexibility. Overall it’s good. For some reason I can’t lower exercises down to BW anymore. Some days I use weights and sometimes I just do bodyweight due to disability. But I’m unable to input 0 weight. Another thing is on calendar view you can only see one workout per day. I often combine different routines on the same day but it’s not reflected on the calendar. Not too important but hopefully it could be fixed some day.

K.I.S.S. This exactly what you need to stay on or get into a basic routine and allows you to have a baseline of strength training while you progress to more exotic lifts.
Ridiculously overpriced recurring subscription scheme, with annual rental fees that are higher than what functionally superior competitor products cost to purchase once and for all. The logical consequence was to buy three better apps and consequently uninstall this milkingware.
Terrific app! I have been working out on and off for about 15 years now. The best part about this program is that its very simple to follow, you do not need to spend 10hrs at the gym and hence it successfully cultivates a habit. I have never missed a single workout! Great job!

Great app. I’m hoping for functionality that would let you program percentages of a 1RM, so I can add a 5/3/1 program. I’d also like to see a way to add reps instead of weight once you complete a workout X times. I’m posting feature requests here because I can’t figure out how to make the request in-app… I’m just given the option to copy a block of text when I click that link.
